    I’m 99% sure it’s for the Limited power seats in 2001-2004 trucks. Take a test light and probe it with the key in ACC. You’ll probably get voltage.

    I have a 2003 Tacoma extra cab V6. Been working on wiring harness for trailer. I tracked the wiring harness wires as they ran up towards the cab. They entered the cab under the front seat.
