Yep. The Sport wheels are ugly, but the 2nd Gen wheels are not a timeless design.

Oh good one. "We buy Tacomas because they're the best...except for everything about them. The stock XYZ is trash. At least that the case for the gens I don't have."

This is the truck I've always wanted and took only minor mods to make it perfect for me. The mods are additions, not changes. If they had a factory ham radio I'd be giddy :)

    Those are not OE.

The 1st Gen Tundra wheels still look good.

Yes! That's why I grabbed a set for my 3rd gen, although I don't use the caps, and i painted them gunmetal:

The superiority of the McRib is not an opinion, it's a fact.

    These ones?

I think these are Sequoia? I fancy them...

    20220712_135459.jpg

I am not a huge fan of the wheels that came stock on the Tacoma... with one exception. The 2019 Pro wheel. The downside is that only comes in 16". Thankfully the aftermarket makes a great 17" version that bolts on using fa tory hardware, that was important to me.

Agreed. Something about the 3rd gen OR wheel design and rim to tire ratio made the decision to what trim to buy easy for me.
