I Have had my 04 tacoma for five years now and would not trade it for anything. I Have about 120,000 miles on it and in the last 10,000 Ive noticed an unstable idle at stop lights or anytime the truck is in gear and Im completely stoped... As soon as I let off the break the idle is fine. Anyone ever come across the same problem? Ihave only ran some fuel treatment cleaner through but the idle problem has not gone away.

That might be idle set to low for extra drag a/c puts on it.
    Dirty injectors?
    Dirty fuel filter?
    Dirty air filter?
