Mine looks slightly different than yours, but there is a plug and little lower and I don't have wires coming from the back like you. I am including some photos up in the dash.

I just grabbed that pick since it was easy to do. I don't have the time to pull the full AUX panel today. Maybe on another day, maybe someone else can?

And it does not look like he has the harness.

The good thing is the missing relays have the terminals. It's a wonder where Toyota decided to terminate the harness and not provide the missing connectors. Have you verified that the connectors in the engine bay are present?

I think the engine bay will have one like the interior and one slightly different that gets a connector to the rear harness.

Thanks based on the link you provided , I looked underneath the bed in the back and I found it. However the mystery is now deeper because if it exists in the back and nor coming to the front, where did they end it? This means i got 2 in the engine bay, one is underneath in the back. That leaves one more i think in the cab

Maybe your Taco was assembled without quality assurance inspection...
The pigtail (should be in glove box) with only 2 wires goes there.

Did you find the ones on driver's side of engine bay?

I hope at something a smarter person who has a similar Tacoma can find more information. My tacoma is hybrid TRD Off Rd. I guess it is base model, although it's price was lofty ;)

I'd say keep looking behind all those cables behind the dash. Up higher and behind them.
The connectors are really small n flat.

I will but also how do you explain the lack of harness that is coming from the back and not finding that plug where it is suppose to connect to near the footwell.

No clue. Not assembled in Japan or Texas...so who knows what happened.
Did you locate the receiving connector on Driver's side (A17)

I spent probably two hours looking through the parts catalog to try to figure this out. I could not find anything either. I found the section for the dash, all of those components for it, I found the blank switch covers. But nothing for those switches. This doesn't seem accidental. I don't think they're intended to be purchased post sale.
