You know it's not the same...but I may take you up on that because i need some mountains in my life. I'd be tempted to jump on the bike this weekend if there wasnt a truck sitting on jack stands in the way. I'll have to think about that next time I do work on the truck like this.

I cleaned out the entire cab of the truck so there’s a couple extra seats. Even if the old lady goes, there’s still room.

I’m getting my sliders Saturday morning down by you... if you leave, I should just drop your parts on your porch or something...

I'm gonna ride my mountain bike tomorrow if anyone wants to get some exercise? I know its not 4x4 related, but it's an upcoming event for me :notsure:.

Thinking a 15-20 mile ride, blue to black difficulty rating. Haven't picked a trail yet, but something within 1.5 hours of Denver.

Man I wish I knew, I haven't been out since April but man fishing was crowded and slow back then. Going up to Stage Coach in 2 weeks but heard they were still snowmobiling in the area on memorial day & Sarvis Bridge road is still closed when I checked with Steamboat FlyFishers yesterday.

Run off is going to be Epic, Think my Taylor Fly Fishing Trip in July is going to be a wheeling trip.

Check on Medano Pass for us? :burp:

Never mind, Park service updated a couple of days ago.

    Current Road Conditions
Refresh this page for the latest update.
    updated June 5, 2019

The road is currently open up to the 4th Medano Creek crossing, 4.5 miles from the western entrance of the road. Ten campsites in Medano Canyon are accessible by vehicle. Higher up there are a few snowdrifts on the road, and the roadbed is washing out from high runoff. On the east side of the range, the road is still closed at Muddy Creek. Water crossings are about 20 inches (50cm) deep. Sometime this week the road may be closed before the first creek crossing due to dangerously high water. The road will not open all the way over the pass until after flow has peaked, sometime in June. Snowpack is over 160% of average, and runoff over 50 cfs can wash a vehicle downstream. Follow current creek flow below.

Same here, I am still hoping for 15th. No clue how much snow is still there keeping the creek crossing closed at >50 CFS
