Upcoming Colorado Events

My events are spur of the moment. I’m not much of a planner.

 

Any issues with my buddy joining with his Wrangler on 35's?

 

Just the Wrangler

 

I tried to talk him out of a Wrangler...but you know...some people like to buy unreliable vehicles lol

Ok cool. Some groups aren't so inclusive, so figured I would ask first.

 

I think most of us are pretty chill with vics other than Toyota coming along as long as the people aren't ass holes

 

That's how I am too. I roll with whoever wants to wheel as long as they cool to be around. He is still pretty new to off=roading, so should be a good run for him to go on and learn.

 

And if they understand not to photobomb there pictures

 

Not sure if this is the right place to post or not, feel free to correct if its not. a few of us are planning on trying independence trail in penrose on Saturday the 23rd. should be out around 9-9:30 feel free to come out and run it with us.

 

Flying back from Arizona on the 1st, I might be interested if it's on the 8th.

 

I would post up something like bot102 did in post #21738. Might get better traction and people signing up for it.

 

Yeah but with you there is always a chance you show up in the Taco. Otherwise, not a chance.

2019 Edition of the Weston Pass Send It Run!

When: Sunday, December 1st or Sunday, December 8th @ 9:30am
(Put what date works best for you in the comment and we'll go with the most popular!)

Where: Meeting location will be the corner of CR-5 and 285 where there is a large open parking area that will be impossible to miss. 39.153701,-105.999760
(Your last chance for gas will be in Fairplay!)

HAM - RS2 - 156.480
(Bring extra handhelds if you have them)

Additional Info:
- Webster Pass is a stock friendly trail. Not technical at all. Pretty much a dirt road w/ snow.
- We will be snow bashing up Weston Pass from the east side, eating pot-luck lunch wherever we get stuck. Might be no snow might be tons, should be a good time.
- Family friendly, plenty of scenery, bring sleds for the kids. Also, bring snow gear. No matter what, it is pretty much guaranteed to be windy.
- Put what food/drinks you will bring as well. Might need to limit it this year, had wayyyy too much last year.
- Fill up on gas in Fairplay!
- Bring snow shovels or a regular shovel!
