Hmm well I will keep that in mind. But remember I am old and forget things so the sooner I get an appointment the higher the likely hood that I will remember the beer. :D

Jenny Creek is a really fun trail, but would be pretty dicey if snow covered and icey, lots of trees to slide into, and the bottom section is on a ledge that you could slide down pretty easy too from sliding. The creek section would be pretty cool though if frozen. There may be a gate on Rollins Pass that closes, not sure . . .

Good info, I haven't done it so that's good to know. There is a gate on Rollins Pass, but it's 1/4 mile from the pass and shouldn't be an issue. I'll look up some of those trails that Bob mentioned tomorrow. I'm game for anything really.

Here is what it looked like on the Chinn's Lake trail today, got to about 10500'. I turned around at the split to Chinn's/Fall River, there was around a foot of snow on the trail with drifts up to 2. Probably could have gone further, but I was solo and did not want to risk getting stuck. The new Duratracs were awesome in the snow, tried several times stopping on uphill, no problem getting going again:)

hey fellas just a heads up. hopefully alot of snow melts before that trail run. some buddies from work went up there sunday and almost buried a cruiser on 40s.... theres 3 feet of powder. they couldnt even get close to the top. they made it half way... i think back side of spring creek would be better, less steep. or yankee hill

hey man i saw u on i70 goin up to wheel1 u passed me. i was in a red tahoe towing 4 sleds.... runner looks good man:D
