yeah i think that 12 was ran down in arizona? plus he's gotten the newest URD S/C now instead of the TRD kit so he could possibly be running faster. dont think hes ran in the 1/4 mile yet with the new setup

 

Nice I gotta go look him up. Seems like that would be fun to watch. We weren't saying the SC's aren't fast but someone was saying there NA was running faster than what we are seeing SC'd ones up here run, Which sparked the conversations

It does matter, this whole disscusion started because I stated, that in my friends case, his Xrunner was faster then his 4x4 supercharged Tacoma. I did mention that he modded his Xrunner for drag racing (other then a charger) and went the other way with his truck, lift tires, sliders. That video is of a supercharged truck with mods. Aftermarket ECU that couldn't control the trasmission, boost levels of who knows. You argue my fluff with more of your own fluff. Your saying it is impossible that a Xrunner that is N/A can beat a supercharged 4x4? It can never happen? Timeslips for his x-runner on "dot" drag radials was a 15.9. Best run prior to removing the "offroad equipment" was a 16.3 (didn't keep track of temperatures and the Xrunner was run way more)

As per the rules, I can try to make a Bandimere run. I have a baby due on the 10th so I'll be hit or miss. Wednesdays for test and tune!

Now his X-Runner was modified heavily? No, this whole discussion started because of this statement which I've already quoted once:

"Naw, you wouldn't be that much faster. Guy I work with has a 4.0 charged and we run about the same. His xrunner was faster stock then his TRD4x4 supercharged."

Your words, not mine. You can't present those unqualified & unverified 'facts' as reasoning that the supercharged 4x4 Tacoma ain't shit and then wonder why some question your statement. If a STOCK X-Runner is outrunning a supercharged 4x4 Tacoma then there's something seriously wrong with that Tacoma, it's hauling 2,000lbs of something or both. Apples to apples ain't no way in hell that X-Runner is winning.

I don't know what rules you're talking about but I hope you're able to make it so we can put this to bed once and for all. Have your buddy bring his X-Runner too.

I don't know than bandi is gonna let us do the reverse course through cones with a j turn though we will have to find a new venue for that.

 

In the staging line. Then, at the end will be a blast down the 1/4 mile! Just have to do it a few times to get the timing right sot hat we're not too quick and blast into the rear end of someone else staging for a run in front of us.

 

Since most of us won't see over 60mph in a 1/4mile couldn't we just settle this on a dirt road out in eastern Colorado?
