Let's wait until she replies back to the email and re-evaluate.

Yeah let's do that. Andy has a good point about finding another craft brew house willing to work with us which is also a great idea. Typically harder to find parking.

Hell let's just get 2 meets going. :D

I want to hit a trail this Friday. I know that it is still a weekday, but does anyone have time to go wheel with me on Friday?

See the response ten post or so ago. Made it seem like we needed to rent event space and get family style dining options or special limited menu. That seems very corporate. I thought this was a casual gathering, lots of small craft tap rooms would love to host us with possible specials. They have a handful of food trucks that park out front, depending on schedules maybe one could come by?? There is a guy on another forum I frequent who owns a food truck, I could reach out to him or we have al so talked about Chicago dog food gatherings could we make that happen too?

I am going to explore some other options as a back-up depending on what the reply back is from the brewery

If you want to keep it the same area there are some craft breweries in the area. Jake's in downtown Littleton has expanded, The Pint Room is new, and there is one on the corner of Lowell and Bowles now that is just called "The Craft Brewery".

Good idea on knowing someone with a food truck. That make planning easier.

Right now the bar is packed all the time because they are brand new. We might be able to take over the Bier Garden "informally".

Jumping in - might be a bit out of the way but Dry Dock is pretty big. Usually somewhat crowded but decent seating, especially in the back there are some large tables all pretty close.

It would be cool-er if we can get a big table or something that sits a bunch of people. I know my Wife would like to talk with some of the other ladies that show up, as she really isn't in to trucks... I know, crazy right?!
