    not very long if it's dry, which it prolly is. About an hour to the trail head from FoCo, maybe a couple 2 or three hours to run the trail, pics and lunch, etc... it can be run in under an hour if you haul butt. Then an hour back to FoCo.
    I plan to be at the Keller Williams concert later that evening, if that helps.

    there is also Bald Mtn and Green Ridge trail which are much more challenging.
    And there is apparently a Bronco's game in the early afternoon that I was informed I need to make or else. So I unfortunately won't have time for more than just 7-mile.
