We let her go to a family with a backyard she could play in, and another dog to play with. We felt bad leaving her in a Kennel 8 hours a day.

Pretty new to this forum, just putting a feeler out to see if anyone is interested in running independence trail in penrose this Saturday. Not sure I put this in the right section so please correct me if I'm wrong

Yeah, this trail system is a blast, ran it 2 weekends ago, just sick of wheeling by myself, I have not met many people down this way that like to wheel. So I figured I would try the forum and see if I can meet a few new people. I'm also open to other easier trails if there is a run going on

    Too much to list....

My guess is people love the way you wheel! You just need to be more clear on what your running? Do you have lockers? Cage? What recovery equipment are you carrying? Some of these guys run their trucks as daily’s and some like me only drive to the trail and just beat on her. I have been out with people who seem be super confident online but once we get on the trial they are so worried about breaking shit they are slow and don’t have any fun.

A new member going who wants to run this fun but technical trail. With not much info about your rig or your knowledge about the trial makes people cautious. Last thing I want is someone to be in over their head simply because we didn’t communicate. That being said I’d love to run that with you but I work weekends.... my days off are Tuesday-Thursday..

I have a 99 full skids, lockers, and I just ordered a bunch of recovery equipment this morning actually. If you wanted to really plan a trip I could be down. also if your interested I am planing a big trip mid may. Going from grand Junction to Moab should be fun.

If you can't find anyone I'd come down with the bike so you have some company.

Essentially copying Monte and Mikes M-U-D trip well the first leg. Kokopelli to Lockhart basin, might do Totw then I want to do elephant hill... out beef basin and explore a bit before heading back to work. Plan is to roll out early May 17th on koko... still haven't decided how much time to take off. And I SUCK at all this mapping and PDF files and shit... so still getting all that in order too.

Bought a winch as of right now i am planing a solo trip... tho anyone who wants to come. feel free.

I’ll be dirt biking and wheeling around the top of the world area bout the same time. Will be camping near the Dewey bridge. Maybe try to connect there at some point.

I have an 89 pickup with duals locked front and rear full skids full cage, 37in stickies. I moved here from Utah and was in Moab at least once a month, just haven't found many folks to wheel with here. For more leisurely trips I have an 02 double cab with a 3in and 285s, e- locker rear and an ARB front with 4:88s winches and recovery gear loaded on both rigs

The rig I run on the more difficult trails is locked front and rear, dual cases, full cage 37in stickies, I also have an 02 double cab that's locked front and rear with 285s, both rigs have winches and an assortment of recovery gear, I raced a 4400 car for a few years but now just like to rec wheel, we may run a few dirt riot races here this year in the Toyota just to meet some people.

I live in Denver, signed up a few weeks ago after someone stole my spare tire. Just browsing around, figured I'd sign up for this conversation and perhaps get together sometime - especially if someone has a stock 265/70-16 steel spare to part with.
