at top of McClellan be sure to walk up to the top of the hill - at least the shorter one on right, amazing views looking down into the valley and hiking trails. IMG_0767.jpg

I will have Barley, absolutely no need for a winch given his cold fusion reactor onboard.

I’m a maybe, is there any water crossings? I still haven’t gotten my snerkel yet so there’s a wide open hole going into my intake

That is a tough one, you'll be in a lot of water and one of the crossings usually gets to the bottom of the right headlight when traveling up McClellan.

I know a guy who makes a mean Snorkel, @Gramps

I'm trying to find a picture of that crossing with my old 4runner in it. For now enjoy an unrelated picture of my old 83 that I never should have sold, in the water.

If the water gets that high on the crossing would a stock intake stand a chance? I never realized there was anything that deep up there.

Stock intake is fine. Just don't replace it with a cold water intake. @Night Eagle

Stock intake has the plastic wheel liner protecting it. I don’t have the wheel liner anymore because I did the fender trim

    Asking for a friend :anonymous:
Is this doable in a stock DCLB TRDOR? Based on the trailsoffroad descriptions and chatter here, it seems like water would be be main reason it wouldn't be.
