Bob, would it be possible to get a 14-pin plug wired to a six-inch pigtail? I have a mirror, but I'm trying to keep my mod looking and acting factory, or I'd just splice the harness. In the meantime, I'm going to run my mirror on a cigarette lighter plug, but I'd very much like to make this pass for a factory job.

    Thank you! :D

Another satisfied customer here.... installed my Gentex Compass/Temp mirror that I received from Bobs Mirrors, into my 2015 Taco last Friday afternoon (during a rare warm weather day here in the NorthEast).

    Works great.

I ended up running the Temp sensor wire through the large rubber firewall plug.

The step I found the most disconcerting was lowering/removing the overhead console. After removing the screw behind the rear sunglass holder, I still found the console resistant to come down and was afraid to use too much force and breaking something. I don't have any specific recommendations, but more detail on this step might improve the instructions.

    Thanks.....

    Bob,

Just wanted to say I love my mirror. For those of you considering your options, I have to recommend the: Gentex autodim compass Homelink mirror with white compass display (standard display window), white down-facing LED on the bottom of the mirror, white backlit buttons, plug & play wiring or hardwire harness, and wire cover.

That downward LED makes all the difference in my truck at night. It's freakin' awesome, looks stock, and perfectly matches all the white button coloring on my '14.

I received my Gentex mirror the other day and am now ready to install with relocation bracket to move the mirror closer to the headliner. Everything looks to be in order with the kit. Really looking forward to this as I keep glancing in my factory mirror for the Temperature… lol

NICE! Are you loving it yet? I like that color you picked. You will really enjoy the mirror and it's a snap to install.

Just installed my Gentex 453 mirror from Bob. Took me a while, but I really took my time and was very careful. It works great. Thanks Bob.

I need a rearview mirror with HomeLink so that I can operate my garage and the entrance gate.

Any idea where I can buy one? Doesn't have to be fancy. Just wanted HomeLink integrated in the mirror. Thank you.

Look at Post #1 in this thread. The OP sells them. It's where I bought mine. Love it.
