Update: Katzkin = best quality, best customer service

That is completely insane, but very very cool. 100% customer satisfaction business model, that's pretty awesome.
I have Katskin in my truck, this makes me happy to be a customer of theirs

Did they have a tab that says "Katzkin" on them? Based on my experience with Katzkin products, none of this made sense from the start.

I'd highly recommend editing the very first post with this information in big bold letters so that any future readers don't skim, think "Man fuck katzkin" and then not buy from them. Even though the title has been updated.

I have to admit, OP’s leather looked more like fauleather the way it was peeling... I can see why that company wanted to keep their reputation over that post, plus getting some good publicity and reputation building from it.

First sentence. "I need to put this out there for anyone considering aftermarket leather seats: my $2500 Katzkin setup was initially great but is failing quickly."

Last sentence. "Hopefully this will help prevent one of my Tacoma brothers from wasting a ton of money on a disappointing product."

OP - don't take any of this negatively, im glad Katzkin stepped in, im glad they resolved the issue and did so ABOVE and BEYOND anything the needed to or should have done.
