Hello! A few months back I posted on here for the first time, asking for suggestions about my Tacoma. My goal was to get 33” tires on it. I have completed that goal, and on my initial thread I was asked to post pictures and updates, but I am not quite sure how to do that so I just decided to make a new thread because I would glady post some pictures.

So a bit if background, I basically wanted to make my Tacoma more robust as my hunting truck. Over the last few years here in BC I have been pushing my truck to the limit I felt like, acessing more deep on FSR’s. I had absolutely no knowledge of my truck except the bare basics, changing my own oil and doing brake pads a few times.

So basically I put in 1.5” spacers in the front,to give it a 3” lift and new Rancho UCAS. Then when I took it to get an alignment, they told me I needed new tie rods. So I figured it out and did inner and outers myself. Got the alignment. I was happy with myself and the new tires, (cooper st Maxx’s btw). I threw on 1.5” wheel spacers all around to pop them out a bit.

Now at this point, I was about 3/4 of an inch higher in the front than the rear. Someone told me
I had a carolina squat. It wasn’t too noticeable however it began to bother me. So to correct it a few weeks later I decided to throw in a torch add-a-leaf and while I was down there I threw in brand new rear billstein 5100’s. This reversed my initial lift and put my back in a stock looking rake, however ive been doing a ton of firewood and it seems to be settling down.
And my most final project was to get longer bump stops up front, which was highly suggested a few times. So i ordered extended bump stops from Perrys Parts and had to weld up some
new mounts for them in the shop because the old bumps bolts snapped and then the housing for the bolts to screw into snapped when I tried a few bolt extraction methods. But anyways it’s all done I will post some pics.
Headache rack is custom I welded that up at work before all this.
Thanks everyone for your suggestions and help, I am
open to continuing a dialogue on what’s next for my truck if any one has any input.
