OK, I have found that the middle junction block at the fuse block is empty of wires at #1 and #3.
on an old thread I found that I need to place wires from there to a new temperature sensor, because the one I have in front of the radiator is apparently being used for another reason (maybe A/C). Question: How do I wire this new temp. sensor from the fuse block up to the display? To refresh, I have a 2009 Tacoma that had a factory bare bones overhead console with a 5 pin factory plug , and I am installing a 2011 console with an 8 pin receptor block. Everything works except that I have dashes for the temperature.
    Thanks,
    Mark
