It's been a while since I've been on the forums.
Haven't gotten around to the major upgrades I've been hoping for but, some exterior changes make a big difference. :D
    - New Headlight Projectors
    - Raptor Style Grill
    - Method wheels
    - Toyo Open Country AT ll Extreme

Give me some opinions on what next!
Im thinking off road bumper, prinsu rack, ditch lights
Should I keep the skid plate raw or paint?

    Nice work. Rig looks great.
Maybe paint the skids the color of the rims.

Looks good! I've got the same headlights, you have any condensation issues? What did you go with as far as HID's? I've kept the halogens in so far.

I just ordered the Prinsu rack for mine, I mean if you're going to use it I would say definitely a worthwhile upgrade. Do you need the open bed often? If not maybe go for a bed rack instead? Check out KB Voodoo Max Modular bed racks. They look great, highly functional, bolt together so shipping is less, and they have 3 height options.

I really like the Relentless Fab Predator Bumper look on the 2005-2011. I think it'd look great on that truck. I like the contrast in the skids personally. Honestly and this is just my opinion a high clearance bumper on yours with a 6" lift would look great, but as far as being functional wouldn't you also need to change those side steps to sliders if you did that type of wheeling?

I've kept the halogens in as well. I was considering LED over HID's, just because the HID's seem to have more issues.
Im honestly leaning more towards a camper shell for easy sleeping conditions while making longer road trips, but I want to extend the prinsu rack over the shell as well.
Ive looked at so many different bumpers and Ive actually decided on Brute Force Fab bumpers, they have the exact look I'm going for.
    This is the one

Reading pretty extensively into the thread about those headlights the consensus on the LED is that they have terrible projection in that housing. It's designed for halogens, and the HID's were coming out with the best combo light output and appearance.

Oh Yesss to all those things. Camper on the 6' with the prinsu rack from front to back. Some days I wish I had a long bed so I could have built out the back and slept in the bed. That hybrid bumper with the single hoop looks awesome.

So I’ve done a few things since my previous post.

I previously had the Toyo AT and wasn’t impressed with traction off road. So I’ve replaced those with Cooper STT pro and I couldn’t be happier:). The highway noise is minimal which was very surprising.

Installed 2.5 king finned Remote Reservoir w adjustment on all four corners.

    Bought camper shell :D

Removed fender flares because I was tired of looking at the ugly plastic. I purchased some hex bolts to put in the existing holes. Will update on that later. I think I might do fender trimming soon because I’m still rubbing.

I did a cab mount chop. Which is worthless until I fender trim.

Oh yeah.... those kings handle unbelievable. I didn’t think it was possible to have a plush ride with the drop bracket lift.. boy was I wrong!!
It soaks up the bumps like nothing.

I wasn’t impressed with them in the snow. Obviously you can’t expect them to be amazing in snow anyways, but what really seemed to lack was some rock crawling.
There’s some good size boulders I cross weekly for mountain biking trails and they didn’t seem to grip well.

    No pics in action unfortunately.

Spent the week in Utah exploring some areas around fish lake.
There’s some awesome trails that go around the the backside of the lake where most people can’t get to.
    Definitely worth looking into.

Had to stop and enjoy these views :thumbsup:373D102E-2C3C-4FF5-A39D-571DE6977637.jpg A8F2AC0A-2A2A-4626-A844-4C1DC4A04B88.jpg D06E5463-3B74-4306-B4B9-C48D773E1F2F.jpg

Side note, there’s some new mtb trails being built in Richfield Utah. I rode the trail carnage and was impressed. Some nice drops ranging from 2-4ft and some jumps. :bikewhoops:

I’m running 18x9 methods. The back spacing is 4.5. I do have to run a 1.25 in spacer since it’s not enough backspacing.
The weird part is it only hits my sway bar without the spacer. So I might be removing the sway bar soon.
I believe you can go smaller wheels than 18 for the 6” lift but you need more back spacing.

ahh I see. do you think its because youre running a 9" wide? I guess you never really know until you put a tire on to check, I see some guys running 17" with no spacers and the same offset.
