UPDATE: Team Oil Drop Open Position

Morning/evening ya'll.
I'm looking to hire someone for an estimated 5 (ish) hrs of work a month. The work has two parts: replying to comments on the youtube channel Team Oil Drop and within the channel's Discord. Sharing TW links and promoting TW is a massive plus as I want this place to stay as healthy as possible.

Why? It's vital to me everyone gets their questions answered. I handle approx 50% of these (I am on youtube way too much) however, as the channel has exploded lately I realize it is harder and harder for me to focus on filming, editing, work & daily life tasks while trying to help everyone. I would make this person a legitimate moderator under YouTube's rules and regulations.

What I am looking for:

• Professionalism
• Tacoma mechanical knowledge rooted in fact and not opinion
• Courteous
• Deleting the very rare rude comment/spam
• Grammatically correct responses
• Endless patience
• Understanding many of the commenters are first-time DIYers

What I am avoiding:

• The antonym of everything above

I feel violated… haha… very close to that! You’re right on that 2-3 hrs. In my mind whoever is hired checks daily for new comments 5-15 minutes a day. They should get notifications that go straight to them, and if I already answered them they just ignore. Idk, this idea is in its infancy ha. I’m adding ballpark 300 subs a day now so the channel will be doubling over on itself shortly. I know that this role’s responsibility will grow.

May the force be with you. I spent 8 years in the tri-state area and travel up there often for work. I can’t say I miss it, lol. Colorado is beautiful, but I’m honestly not a big fan of cold winters. North GA is my home now. We have some great off-roading in the Appalachian Mountains here. Come on down sometime.
