I'm going to have to balance the rear because it was disassembled when I got it, and not marked how it went together.

The front is all marked to go back the way it was. I may still get it balanced though.

So... The Spidertrax "Hub centric" spacers just became, basically "Lug centric" spacers. To make room to run them with Manual Hubs.

I made a jig to keep things from getting too far out of control.

And for the record, to get the All Pro extended thread lug nuts to fit, you have to drill out the 1/2 hole to 5/8.

Nice clean up of the drive shafts. Do you mind posting a few pictures of the boot on your transfer case? Trying to figure out if that is separate or part of the shifter assy.

It's a separate part. You don't "need" a 4x shifter assembly. A 2wd shifter will work. I'll try and post some pics tomorrow.

The last of the "big ticket" items for this swap is ordered.

Hub centric spacers won't work with manual hubs because the inner ring hits the bolts that hold the hub body on. Had to rout out the inner ring to clear the bolts.

Ah I see. Why are you running spacers out of curiosity?

    I have mods
Nice! I'm really wanting to do a twin stick eventually. Or a crawler box. Or both. Eventually...

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

Because it looks more badasser :burp:

Also, because the gussets on the spindles may not clear... and I'm dinking with the idea of eventually outboarding my rear shocks.

Main reason... Because it looks more badasser.

@Bartmaster... Didn't you replace the bushings on your trans shifter?

If so, where did you get them?

Yes, I did. Very much recommend doing so, completely changed the feel of driving my truck.

Ya, I think it would be way easier doing it during the swap than doing it later. Hopefully @Brice will chime in.

I was lucky enough to already have a set of those before I did my swap haha. Got them a while back to clear my tires and it just worked outC75970C3-89AE-4E85-A404-108870BF3011.jpg

Got a pic with the wheels on? I need spacers for my 3rd Gen wheels since the Backspacing is so bad.
