where are you located ? the right steering knuckle is it complete with wheel Bering and how much ?

Did it have an E Locker? Any of the wiring still available for that? I'd be interested in as much of the wiring as possible.

 

I think 4Runners stopped having E-Lockers in 1999 or so

 

Huh, the swapped in rear diff on my truck was from a 2000 4runner. Weird. Maybe they told me wrong, but when I called into Toyota to have them look up the ECU part to find out what model it was off, they just said that it was from a 1995-2002 4runner... Beats me, I'm starting to lean more to the aftermarket wiring option lol

 

You're right it was 1996-2000 Limited 4Runners which has the E-Locker. They discontinued it in 2001.

 

Oh and tons of people make after market harnesses. @mechanicjon makes one and I think Wheelers or someone makes them too.

 

Thanks for the reply! Yeah, I've been wanting to just try and keep it OEM, but the more I look into it, the more it seems like that might be pointless, other than being able to say that its OEM and also have it disengage if I go over 5mph...

 

It's fairly pointless. If you go OEM you need to utilize the 4WD control computer and most after market harnesses just use a Relay to handle all the functions of the computer.

 

Was this runner equipped with the elocker? Says you sold the rear axle, wondering if the 3rd is available.
