If it continues, suspect a faulty tune, but this is not only cheap insurance for not only boost, but to ensure you don't get stranded like I did back in 2015.

I just spoke to Josh @ Pulleyboys AKA Atkins Rotary.. he told me if there are some folks who want to get a group buy going for these things all we need to start one is 5 people. And as we gather more the cost will go down. So if anyone is interested in a Qwikchange pulley design, speak now.

I just jacked up the bed at the front a little, just enough to sneak the pump out then got to work.

If you can get to the pump housing by pulling the bed, I'd rather do that and make the swap without removing the tank. Depends on the model as to if you can get to it or not.
must be a long bed thing. I was under the impression that you could only get to it from the top on single and access cabs. I thought it was under the cab on all double cabs. Certainly is on mine, but I am a short bed

I am DCLB. It was fairly easy actually, but that bed. Whoo. That bed is difficult to lift alone. Lol.

    Woot for Long Beds!

Yeah pulling it off alone is tough. Just need one good friend though and only takes about 20min to have the bed sitting next to the truck. Least that's how long it took me before the bed cage. Probably another 10min now

I just found my source for a REASONABLY priced 2.3" pulley which will work with my Qwikchange design.

And I already squeezed the trigger. It'll be here sometime next week. ;)

How much boost are you estimating with that pulley? Be very careful! I know of an xrunner who did the snakebite to his supercharger and he ended up hitting 13 psi and blowing up his motor

The question is why did he blow up his motor? I anticipate 12 psi consistent, 13 peak.

I wonder how much boost Super Werty was running before his engine blew. He was running E85 with a small pulley, too.
