Ok. I’ll be here watching when you bust in here like the Koolaid Man later on proclaiming you discovered AN fittings and how they’re the holy grail of fuel plumbing.

Lean conditioning at idle makes sense when you have the fpr mod and vacuum occurring with fuel trims. While the idle conditions should be the same regardless the size of the pulley.

Ahh, yes that makes sense! So let's do a quick experiment then, I'll reverse the mod and run it standard connection to intake as designed for the FPR and see how much lower adaptation will go down.

Try swapping just the input leads to your afr gauges to see if the delay follows to the other gauge or stays on the same gauge. Its possible one gauge reads slightly slower than the other.

@TRON I was actually thinking this may had been tied to my pig rich at fill ups issue, but it seems like all is okay and the pig rich at idle after fuel up is a seperate isolated issue.

Darn. Lol. I'll figure it out eventually!

Most jet engine fittings are aluminum AN style. Reliability is paramount at 30,000+ ft so if there was an issue with leakage they wouldn't be used.
There is a difference between AN and JIC fittings though and they are commonly used together incorrectly. They have a different degree of taper so don't mate correctly when seated. That may have been your issue.

Do you read STFT & LTFT's with an OBDII gauge? or how do you do this? and what do the percentages mean?(ie higher vs. lower numbers)

Yes the STFT and LTFT's are read using an OBD2 scanner. Negative numbers indicate rich activity while positive numbers indicate lean activity.

Dude I tried pulling off that pulley today and seeing how the belt would run in correlation to the tensioner. The belt was ultimately going to slap on the sensor and looking at your picture it looks like it is rubbing on the plug at the bottom.

It might be best to move the O2 sensors side to side. If you have a lazy one, which happens, you’d find it that way.

Edit: this is in regards to the stock sensors

@12TRDTacoma GREAT info on the first page especially with all the updates. I noticed that you had a section relating to the valve body upgrade for auto transmissions. Do you think you could put something in there about the manual trucks needing a clutch pressure plate upgrade? I have seen multiple folks with manuals end up needing a clutch after a short period of time because the OEM one just doesnt have the holding power.. Just think this would be a good bit of info for those considering supercharging with a 6spd. Its an added cost that some might not consider up front.

Ay, that sucks, yeah it looks pretty close in my picture but there is about 1/4” clearance.

Thanks man! Just trying to keep the front page informative as possible! I still need to add @Roostfactor lower plenum mod, and his equal length y pipe mod as well. As well as recommendation of which gauges are solid setups to run, NOT INNOVATE MTX series! Lol.

I was considering it, but I do not have enough knowledge of the 6 speeds to make proper suggestions as to which clutch/ flywheel combo or mods you can make to the current setup to be able to run the setup reliably to both be able to handle maximum boost and yet last the test of time.

The only thing I can contribute to manuals in the front end is running the TRD short shifter which will eliminate synchro grind which the long throw shifters are notorious of doing.

Believe me, it is something I have been considering in adding for a long time, but again my lack of knowledge in the 6 speed MT field makes me hesitant to add simply because I dont want to give out misinformation.

That's so weird. I wonder why mine does not like running like that.
