Upgrade Etune maps?

OK I searched and found little bits of it mentioned but no true answer How may I upgrade my maps on the GPS system of my 2012 TRD Sport? Is this a dealer option? Saw some USED chips on Ebay but no idea if chip is any newer than mine Thanks and sorry if already answered somewhere.

 

I believe 2012 has to be updated with techstream, not the sd card. The only thing I've found was this as well: https://securedp.toyota.com/download-app/toyota

 

DANG THANKS!!! Worked like a charm!!!! Followed the steps and it updated me from a 2.2. to a 5.2. Not sure what else it updates but must be better than 2.2 THANKS and maybe all 2012 owners may want to do this if they are not already. I'm adding to my tasks to check again in 6 months!!!
