Upgrade from Eibach stage 2R to Dobinsons MRA

Like the title says, ditched my eibach stage 2R for the Dobinsons MRA setup.

I’ve put about 20k miles on the eibach setup and I just wasn’t a fan of it. It always rode rough (coils were set well below the recommended 99mm coil seat height). If I could go back I would’ve definitely went the 6112/5160 route as I’ve rode in many trucks with this setup and I think it’s just a much smoother ride on and Offroad.

Now to the Dobinsons. Holy crap. What a night and day difference. These struts ride so smooth it’s amazing. I don’t have many miles on them yet but it’s a huge improvement from the eibach setup. I’m still rolling on an Icon 1.5 AAL, but that is soon to be replaced with a Dobinson or Deaver pack.

 

I loved the Dobinson on my old rig!

 

Stage 2 is def garbage compared to 6112. Dobinsons are great suspension.
