Thought I'd post my experience here, in case anyone else is considering replacing steelies with alloy. Gotchas are tpms and lugnuts.
2017 extended cab SR5 came with 245/75R16 Steel rims. Found a set of TRD OR Wheels here on the TW site.
My existing specs on this site. TRD OR Wheel owner confirmed similar sizing (thanks @ironslug22 )

Next was trying to figure out TPMS. Some members have used their steel 40% angled TPMS from the steel rims on Alloy but America's Tire guys said not to do it. Bad fit and rotating 180% exposes you to problems as bumping and rotation take their toll. Looked online and found some replacements but they were always in the $50 or more range per sensor. Stumbled upon some used ones on eBay. Set of 4 at $49.99 total. Seller stated they were out of 2017 Taco so pulled the trigger.

Next were the lugs. Steel lug nuts are different from Alloy rim lugnuts. Prices vary but got a set for all 4 tires at America's Tire for $65.

Installed at America's (Discount) Tire in Walnut Creek, total cost for dismount, mount, balance and tpms re-programming (free): $162. They included the TPMS RBK Basic Kit 1100K for free.
