I am looking at purchasing the Alpine 9 radio but would like to use my current XM tuner. Is there a way to use the current XM tuner with an aftermarket radio? I would like to use the same sharkfin antenna.

Last question, Crutchfield told me I have to upgrade all the speakers if I upgrade the radio due to the subwoofer. Is there a work around for this?

Upgrading is getting pretty expensive just to add the much wanted Car Play!!

You cannot use the factory tuner but you can use the factory antenna. You will need an antenna adapter and the svx300 tuner.

you absolutely do not have to upgrade the speakers in order to swap the radio.
Get the Maestro RR module and wiring harness and it will integrate the factory amp.
