Upgrade uspension to TRD Off Road

2008 Tacoma 4X4 4 cyl manual trans

I have a 2008 Tacoma 4X4 4 cyl, manual trans, base suspension. Woulsd like to upgrade suspension to TRD Off Road Specs. Can anyone tell me what changes I need to make to accomplish this, I know shocks need to be upgraded to Bilstein need to know what part #, do I need to change springs, struts, etc?
