The install video was helpful but he cut out some some details, also what if you have the recall done. The trim plate needs to go back on better than what he did in the video. The video of the install looks like a leak waiting to happen.

The recall doesn’t change anything… same product, just not what I don’t like is it installs the same as OEM, but changes the sizes. Why they didn’t make it easier with external mounting is a loss. That trim plate is likely just a rubberized gasket.
