    Hi guys,

I had the experience this past weekend of driving my dad's 2021 Subaru Outback from California to my home in Colorado. His Outback's audio/multimedia system has built-in Apple Car Play and Android Auto. My 2017 Taco doesn't have these features, and I believe Toyota started adding these audio options in the 2018 model year. As an Android user, I did enjoy being able to turn the audio system into an extension of my phone. I think I would like to try to upgrade my truck's audio system with a newer version. If I were able to get a hold of a head unit from a later 3rd Gen Taco, would it be a direct fit in the 2017 model year?
