Who here has upgraded their suspension (FOX, ICON, etc) but left the ride height stock or very close to stock?

My truck will need a overhaul in the next year, but I wonder are there any benefits, or should I stay stock.

I have no desire to lift my truck, its my DD but I do hit bumpy roads a lot.

You can get a set of fox 2.0s that are adjustable 0-2in so you can leave at stock height or level it and won’t need ucas or and lift for the rear. Great shock for you however kinda pricey but rebuildable.
With fox 2.0s for 5100s for the rear would be a good setup.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
Or find someone that installed a lift and get their original oem stuff.

More of a refresh than upgrade.

I still have full 2nd gen suspension from TRD Offroad in my shed with only 11,000 miles on it.

I put struts and shocks from a 2017 TRD OR onto my 2006 TRD OR. Improved the ride immensely plus gave the front end a slight lift; roughly 1-1.5 inches. Have the leaf springs too, but got the spring TSB done so I'm using those for now. Cost me $375 with shipping. The leaf springs were expensive to ship..

Moog sells complete strut assemblies for $115 a piece. Not sure of the quality but for the price it might be a decent option.

All the usual diesel truck mods- fuel system upgrade, programmer, CAI, intake manifold, 60MM stealth turbo
Maybe bilstein 6112 set on bottom clip?
