I am ready to upgrade the suspension on my 2019 Tacoma OR DCSB, recovery equipment and drawer system in the bed and a fiberglass cap installed full time.

This is my material list. I am going to use Bilstein materials, Bilstein 6112 Strut and Spring + Rear B8 5100 shocks, also going to install Icon Multi-rate RXT Leaf Spring Kit w/ 1.875-2.625" lift, using an 8" U-bolt kit.

Am I missing anything? I currently have a set of Sumo Springs installed but I hope I won't need them after installing the RTX Leaf Spring kit. I do have the factory bump stops but don't know if I need to order spacers for their re-install. Will I need rear bump stop spacers?

Truck is a daily driver, with under a dozen overlanding trips per year, East coast.

    Any guidance is appreciated.

I recommend ecgs bushing for the front driver needle bearing in the front diff and timbrem bumps tops and ubolt flip kit for the rear

I've been running the same Bilstein's for about 1.5 years now and they've performed great and were pretty easy to install. Might take a couple of height adjustments in the front to get the lift height you want dialed in, but that's not really a big deal. I'm at about 1.5" up front and haven't needed an ecg bushing.

One thing to consider with the leaf setup is that your truck has a lot of weight in the bed with the cap and the drawer, so if it's in the budget you might want to consider getting a whole replacement leaf pack designed for more weight. I'm running the basic ICON 1.5" add a leaf in the rear, and with probably less weight in the back than your truck (I've only got a bed rack and RTT), and I barely have any lift in the rear at all.
