Upper Ball Joint Boot - Anyone know where to buy one?

2014 MGM DCSB-TRD O/R

Replaced OEM UCAs and looking to sell them. Tore the boot on the upper ball joint and I want to fix it before listing for sale, but I cannot find anything online where I can buy just the boot or even the upper ball joint. Various sites have the diagram (see link) and its part 4, but they don't sell it. Anyone know of a place (besides the dealer which will be last resort)?
