My upper ball joint on the drivers side has movement, lifting the lower control arm so that the tire is a few inches off the ground I can move the wheel grabbing it at 6 and 12, and see play at the upper ball joint. Lifting the other side the upper ball joint is solid with no play.
I took in into Toyota and they said its within acceptable limits. If you can grab the wheel and feel play in it, is this right ? My truck is still under warranty.
