    Not to totally derail but how do you remove/replace these? Does the headliner have to come down, or can you pry just this part out?

    Easy, it pulls straight out .. just grab two opposite edges and start to pull down gently and will just pop right out

    Looks like a multi-piece unit that is clipped together. However the clips look like they will break off once you pull it apart.

    On my personal one you need to push diff lock switch out first before popping out panel if not you'll break tabs!

    The center blank just pops out. Once you get unit out just push out from back...
