How much lift are you running?
I have never run a lift that required uca.

I'm running stock setup. No lift.
Will running the suspension at full drop cause any damage on a stock truck?
I hope not, because I come pretty close to full drop a bunch of times.
Probably have had the front tire off the ground a few times crossing wash outs.

It could, but I would think that the sway bar would prevent the full drop from causing any or much damage. It all depends on how hard you are dogging it.

The Uniball is more susceptible due to the cup and spacers and the way it is setup.

So why did you replace both misalignments, the other one for good measure, or was it jacked up too?

Stock parts break too. Look at all the factory leaf springs that snap, and I've seen several factory spindles bent/broken over the years. The trick to making any mechanical device last is to inspect and service it at regular intervals and replace any worn parts. Long travel suspension is no different, but because we abuse our shit more the inspection and service intervals are a lot shorter.

100% lucky, and this should not sway you away from a lift. My passanger side bolt would not stay torqued for some reason and I kept an eye on it. I had the spare bolt ready to replace this weekend already because I knew it was an issue, it just snapped on my way back home from running errands.

I dont believe this thread should sway you from getting a lift. Anything can fail regardless of how much maintenance and inspecting you keep up on.

Looks like that broke due to longer spindle binding Upper Arm Uniballs ..is the spindle taller than stock? If it is you will break it again.
