Some of this Some of that
I believe you do have to cut a portion of the frame for a drop bracket lift, which makes them even stupider because you can’t just take it off without re welding the frame

I wouldn't remove the ball joint spacer. You need to make up the same distance as the drop bracket moved the spindle down.

I'd get new front shocks and springs and see what that does, as they are clearly shot being it's sitting on the bumpstops.

Otherwise, do you have a 4" drop bracket and they sent you a spacer for a 6" maybe?

Would he benefit from a 4" spacer regardless? Cause that is an extreme angle that i don't think will be fixed with only new springs and shocks

No. It all needs to match.

In fact, I think he might be OK, aside from the completely toasted shocks/springs.

I've seen those SPC arms push a hole in the fender liner at full bump, and he's not close to there yet.

I'm thinking he got the 6 inch drop bracket for the lower arms and a 4 inch spacer for the top of shocks/coils. It would explain why the upper arms are pushed up and sitting on the lower arm bump stops.

Shouldn’t the opposite thing happen when you put on a big lift? Like the control arm should be further down? I’m not very familiar with lifts but I have a small lift and my UcA is pointing further down that stock ones...
