You could run them the issue will be getting good alignment numbers. I’ve run JBAs for 8yrs with zero issues in getting great alignment numbers and reliability of the components.

It's already running and driving with 3" lift? If the steering feel is acceptable to you, then carry on. UCAs are typically needed to bring caster closer to service manual limits, which affects steering self-centering behavior.

Dirt King, Bilstein, Freedom Off-road, JBA all make acceptable ball joint UCAs.

I ran a 2.25" lift for a couple of years with stock UCAs. They will work but your alignment is not ideal and the tires will track easier on the highway. When I put JBAs on and got my alignment dialed in, it made a world of difference to the driveability.

Thank you for the feed back. Pulls to the right, so I took it to a shop today for an alignment and they basically told me that I needed to get new uca’s and tie rods for it to be affective. It would be nice to stay with the stock ones, however I don’t know if that would cause damage to the rest of the front end/tires

    no printout never happened

pull is typically from uneven measurements.
You would have potentially good or bad measurements the same on both sides. Because they are the same.

too much lift and stock UCAs gave me positive camber on both sides. Which is bad. And was even. It did not pull. It had positive camber tire wear, lack of grip, and ugly look.

4wd? nothing in your post or profile on that. Always helpful for folks to know.

Lower the truck and the UCAs should be fine

2 - 2.5 is the suggested max lift so the CVs are protected and scrub radius stays reasonable
