2001 extended cab SR5 TRD

I'm told I need to replace the upstream o2 sensor to turn off check engine light. I just bought this truck. Its a 2001 5 speed Tacoma 4X4. I can see the sensor, but not the connector. Is it hard to disconnect?

I need to replace mine too! '00 Taco 4x4 SR5 5-speed man. Mine goes up above the tranny. This is about all I've found on replacing it.
