    I used a scrap 3/4 inch piece of copper i had lying around. a second with a dremel tool to sharpen the edge and a 3lb sledge. perfect size, cheap and very clean. Got about five holes per piece before it was too dull and blunted
    It worked great but make sure to measure and mark twice. You only have about a 1/16 inch play and if it is off slightly it will make a buckle in the weather stripping.
