    The team at upTop went above and beyond throughout the entire purchasing/installation process.

    I had first reached out to Micah on TW to inquire about the rack after seeing it in person on @Wrecked 's truck. He let me know his experience and I was immediately convinced to pursue it.

    Micah called me up 10 minutes later to discuss all the options available and got a quote to me that day.

    Once I agreed on the configuration and paid the invoice, we were off to the races. They estimated around 2-3 weeks to get the rack built and ready for install. They kept their word on delivery time and made sure to communicate updates from time to time.

    Being in Colorado, I worked out a time to drop my truck off for them to take care of the install. There were a couple hick ups with the rails my topper came with, but Micah and Matt worked some magic and got it all installed. I received teaser shots through the day and due to them having to keep it over night, they offered to deliver it to me the next day.

    That is how customer service is done right. I can't wait to see where they go with their designs in the future.

    Thanks so much to the upTop team for bringing one of the most badass racks to market and over delivering on every promise.

    I haven't mounted all my stuff up on the rack yet, but it feels like a damn tank. Happy to review the rack once I get to beat it up a bit.
