I have an 07 tacoma with the trd supercharger exhaust intake ,I recently installed a 3x clutch and lightened flywheel I took it easy for a few hundred km , but have been trying it out with launches and hard pulls , it makes a whining noise when launched hard , and shutters almost like it's slipping anyone have any idea what I should do ? Or what is wrong

How many miles did you put on it before you started launching on it?

Five hundred is the average number of miles for break-in. Before you get on it. Better take it easy for another 300 or so.

Did you adjust the push rod underneath the clutch pedal? There should be about 5mm play between the pedal and top of the rod.

See if you can get a video clip. Post it up.

You shouldn't hear the clutch when it is engaged. Only during engagement.

I would also double checl all of the bolts under there. If you are having vibration issues, it could be the driveshaft, carrier bearing, or that something was under/over torqued on the clutch/flywheel.

Did you get the ARP hardware?
