It will but I would be suprised if everything together gave you more than 25HP

i would only recommend it for F/I setups ( if you are running DTLTs with it). with a wide open exhaust, an N/A setup will suffer in low end torque. plus it will be very loud with no cats,

    trust me... its loud

I run it with the MKII setup

I havent personally ran one, a couple of guys over on XRU run it. i know its not stainless like the URD one, but it does have resonators in it to tone it down some.

if you run the DTLT, URD Y and URD Catback, you will most likely want two mufflers in the catback to tame it a little

I changed my muffler to a dynomax and its still way to loud, it was perfect with the stock y, but really barks at me now

The y-pipe makes a difference in sound and "opens up" the exhaust because you remove the rear "cats" when you replace the stock y-pipe with the URD.

I will say that the 3 inch exh. will reduce the "flow"alot and you will loose some torque.I tow my boat(3200 lbs) with the Taco and noticed i gained all my torque back when i put the stock exh. back on the URD Y-Pipe.

The fit of the "pipe bomb"was absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!! The outlet flange was welded crooked and would not mate correctly.

Just do JBA shorty headers into the 4 cats then do a cat back.

Most of your low gains will be wit the headers as it frees the exhaust flow. But as mentioned you need back pressure.

if you want more juice then sell your MAF calibrator and get the APR-X1. thats a much better way to tune your truck, and has better results too.

just wanna note that not everyone is having bad experiences with the "pipe-bomb." i did a little trimming where it meets with the cat-back and ive had zero problems and have had it for about a year now
