Looking at getting this. How hard is it to do reverse now? Everyone reviews that it's tricky to get it into reverse. Worth it to do?

I have no problem getting into reverse .just find the sweet spot and practice it a few times then you will be solid .

Agreed. The URD SS is a must for the MT. One of the best mods IMO.

Anybody have experience with both the URD & the TRD shifter?

How do they compare? Pro's vs Negatives

Not sure about the Trd I just read lots of good reviews about the URD and it's a must do mod . I just ordered direct from URD.

    Lots baby!
At one time or another, I have had every shifter offered.

I like the URD & the TRD. The advantage the URD has is price. Super affordable.

The feature I like on the TRD over the URD, is the TRD has a longer tip under the shifter base. The URD gives you a Tip Extension that bolts onto the stock OEM shifter. Both shift well, but I like the TRD extension, being built into the shifter.
