1st gen - it's got a built engine, a turbo, and waaaaaaay too much to list. 3rd gen - basic-bitch lift, S/C, Pro Wheels
so how much psi were the dyno runs ran with? and did you have any problems in the higher rpm area(im guessing you got the fuel pump installed)?

Oops, lol. 300 flywheel does seem possible.

I just can't wait to drive with 230rwhp. I wonder what peak torque was.

I am no expert... That's nice, but I'm thinking the exhaust mods might affect the numbers a bit. We'll have to wait and see I guess.

I dropped the lowest stock run and the highest supercharged run and made a dyno chart.

This is using the C30-94 supercharger and the cats have been removed from the exhaust.

The bracket and belt drive is designed to accept any of the C30 or C38 series Rotrex superchargers. When the production parts are ready and installed on the truck and if there is time I would like to try running the C30-61 and -71 on it. The new silicone coupler to connect the supercharger inlet to the stock air filter box is not ready and the system was tested with an open cone filter right on the back of the supercharger right above the exhaust manifold. Don't know if it will perform better or not with cooler air being pulled from outside the engine bay or not. That will have to be tested.

Anyway if feels much better when you drive it, it sounds good, and it appears to be a viable system and we are definitely going to produce it and get it ready to ship as fast as possible.

Max boost in this configuration was 10.5 PSI.

I will post pictures when the production parts come back and are installed. I think you all are going to like the very simple direct layout of all the components. It will be very simple to install and the hardest part is installing the larger fuel pump in the tank.

The rest pretty much bolts on from under the hood. You don't have to crawl under the truck or remove the skid plate.

To put this in perspective, the stock 5VZ-FE normally would dyno at 140-150 RWHP. When you installed just the TRD Supercharger you would gain about 40 RWHP. If you add a URD Pulley, headers, URD fuel kit you would be in the 220-240 RWHP range on a light SRunner drive train. This truck is a 4x4 with larger than stock tires and it is now in the supercharged V6 (5VZ) range in power.

The next truck I would like to see this system installed on is a 2 wheel drive 5 lug that is all stock and near URD (Southern MD) so I can tune it after installation and get it on the dyno and see how that performs so you guys can figure out who that is going to be....

Now don't go thinking it has been transformed into a neck breaking drag racing hot rod, but it is a 96% gain in RWHP. Some more mods like headers and an open exhaust and maybe....

As I start getting costs on the production parts I will get an idea on what the pricing will be. Just don't know yet. I am hoping I can start shipping kits out in about 30 days.

Awesome! Is the final kit going to be 10.5 psi?

    Is that a reliability problem?

No, a basic kit on a completely stock truck will have a larger pulley and less boost.

This is almost a stage 2 configuration. Normally stage 2 systems have headers, cat delete and a free flowing exhaust, more boost.

If you have a 2x4 5 lug manual that is totally stock you can be the first to get a system shipped to you. You can install it and them meet me to check the tune and we can get it on the dyno.

That will be the stage 1 configuration.

so thats being a stage 2 configuration, i have headers and exhaust already, i could bolt this kit up, make more power then what your dyno shows and run 10.5 psi safely!?? or is there internals that need upgrades too?

So Gadget, any idea what boost / HP my truck will come back to me at? Maybe I'll try to give you a ring tomorrow.
