Ur more then doubling the power u have now with this kit. And I'm with u, I'm pretty sure a header exhaust combo would add another 10-15 whp and wtq

I agree that the URD stage 1 supercharger has more than enough HP to get our trucks moving a lot better. But if Gadget says that adding stage 2 would be safe for our application, I will look more into it. With the header and exhaust, I didnt feel much power increase. I know our small motors needed some exhaust backpressure to make it work more efficiently. Now after boosting the vehicle, I am wondering if the larger exhaust piping + headers helped the supercharger create more power.

It had to of. I put a lce header on and got a noticeable low torque and high end hp increase. With way more power and a tune I guarantee it adds noticeable power gains

300WHP would be fine for our running gear honestly...it's a toyota....they only real problem would be the clutch which is easily replaceable/upgradeable

the motor on the other hand might need some work to get up to that level.

I think the main thing going on here is that my cats were clogged in the first stock test, and it reduced my stock power (you can see how bad it is after the rpms really start to spool up and it chokes the exhaust.)

I think the numbers are accurate for MY truck, and somebody else's stock truck would start out with higher peak horsepower and torque.

I just bought a 2013 Toyota Hilux that has been demilled.

It will arrive today at URD and I will revamp this supercharger kit to also fit the Hilux.

I've been saving money to fund mods and am ready to start.

Now that's it's been a little while, how is feedback? I'm sure initial is great.

Any comments from anyone on continued use and reliability?

ive been contemplating a play toy to fool around with. i was thinking single cab with this supercharger. i think that would be pretty mean. now the choice between 2wd and 4wd. 5 lug for the purpose of more race-style wheels (ie: volk, work, enkei, etc) or 4wd, for the purpose of all wheels putting power to the ground and for the simple fact i got a bunch of 6 lug stuff lying around .

Glad to see you still going strong Gadget. I've wanted this supercharger kit since the production of it was first announced but haven't been in a position to pick it up yet. If things go well maybe next summer I could drive down to your shop and get before/after dyno charts. Not sure how much more I'd be looking at for that though.
