First time posting here but between this and YouTube I've gained quite a bit of knowledge surrounding this truck in the 6 short months I've owned it. Anyways I'm sure there's already a thread for questions surrounding the Mk3 kit but I'm not good at digging through forums yet. As long as forums have been around this is my actual first time interacting. Probably surprising for a 30 year old I know ‍:notsure:QUESTION: Does the cam gear set that comes with Urd kit include replacement gaskets for the timing cover? I just got my set in but have been making sure I have all the essentials before digging in. Thanks in advance and my bad if this is an obvious question. Let me know if I need to do something differently next time I post. Besides rambling cause that'll probably never change.:D

Just did this couple months ago. You just need valve cover gaskets and some gasket maker to put a dab between the engine head and the valve cover when you are installing the valve cover again.

Finished a few months ago and just now made it back to this forum. Went a little overboard with getting things just right to the point of rewrapping all of the wiring and rehouseing it from that corregated crap to more a more durable sheathing. Obviously I have no idea what the correct name is for any of this but yea here's pictures of my OCD work on the 2009. 120,000 miles.
