Hello All! I figured some people may like an update. I do not know how many people will see this (as my normal customers are people with 1 message), however bushing production should resume January 5th or so provided my supplies come in.

I must admit I was not proactive in creating more bushings like I should have been and this has lead to a shortage. My problem recently has been the relative humidity of my house and my inability to dry out the filament. I have been trying to dry out the filament for the past week and a half or so and have been unsuccessful. Prior to this I was unable to make what I considered a quality bushing so I have not been sending out invoices.

I apologize for any inconvenience, but intend to have more bushings being made as soon as January 5th.

man i need these. Ive heard stories of them so loose that someone knocks their knee on the shifter and puts it in reverse...

Finally got around to installing the bushings. It took me about an hour and it was fairly straight-forward. I followed the instructions provided on the video link at the beginning of this thread. The original bushings were in decent shape for a 17-year old set. The shifter feels a little tighter now. I should be good for another 17 years.
