can someone take a video of what the play looks like before these bushings are swapped?

 

Mine can almost shift itself into neutral going down rough gravel roads

 

Oh man do these make a difference. It’s not like trying to shift a wet noodle anymore

 

yep these are awesome, i can actually get my key out of the ignition now!

 

These bushings took all my side to side slop out, I mean ALL. If you have any front to back play after installing, adjust the linkage under the truck and it’ll tighten up.

Get it right where it feels rock solid with no play, then give it a little slack, if it’s too tight it won’t select properly and click in

 

Put mine in today. Here's what's left of 3 of mine alongside a new one. My 4th one was just a small pile of blue dust under the shifter. Much crisper shifting now.

Bump I finally put mine in.

260k on the clock, one OEM was total dust, wasn't even there anymore, two pretty much 50% gone, the last one super brittle and disintegrated upon touching it





Much better now.

There are a lot of vids and tutorials on how to do this. Sick mods.

 

Finally installed these and my shifter feels brand new. Shipped quickly, fit perfectly, and installed easily. Thanks @Brice !
