I'm installing my new AFE right now and am about done, but i dont have enough length on the rubber tube to connect to the new intake. Its probably 1.5ft too short.... What am i missing here and what do i do?

Sounds like they forgot to send you a longer replacement hose.
I see a trip to the auto parts store in your future.
