Urgent need help again *fixed*

    A leak from the shifter base would be slow.

    Could be from the breathers as well. I would pull the center console, clean the are well, drive around for awhile and check again. It's hard to chase a leak if everything is dirty.

    Just to follow up on this..

    I went to fix the leak from the transmission.

    I pulled the transfer case today and a plug just fell out. No idea how it would of come out. But you can see by the dark marks it was leaking from there.
    I decided not to replace the bushing even though I had a new one. Im gambling that it was okay. I put some lock tite stuff on the the plug and pounded it back in with a socket.

    Also when I pulled the t case the whole cavity between the case and the trans was full of oil.

    I also checked the breather and the breather line between the t case and trans with compressed air.

    Thanks for updating.

    You said it had be overfilled? I'm wondering if that plug was blown out from it being overfilled. Normally it burps out the breather or will blow a seal though
